Had a great experience with Eco! I worked with Bailey and Serge and they did a great job removing all of the water damaged areas. I'm a first-time homeowner and experienced a leak from day one so Bailey was great in helping me through the process of this. They also found asbestos in the subflooring and were able to help get another company to do the abatement work. Bailey came everyday until everything was dry enough to start reconstruction.
Big shout out to Samantha also who had to deal with my insurance and make sure that everything was covered so that I didn't have to pay out of pocket! Highly recommend Eco Water Restoration!

First off, a huge thank you to this company! We worked with Bailey and Serge at Eco Water Restoration. They were so wonderful to work with. They exceeded my expectations in so many areas. My trust in Eco was mainly due to Bailey. Working with him was like a partnership, and a good one! His communication was timely and honest. He checked our home frequently and gave me a heads up of when he was to do that. He was down to earth, knowledgeable, honest, respectful, and professional. He offered helpful information and advice, even referred a repair company, whom I'm now working with. I don't want another water damage in my home, but I would very much like an excuse to work with Bailey again!

Serge was on the quieter side. Bailey informed me that he was currently working on his English, but that he was professional and efficient. All very true! With the "damage" he had to do to our home, tearing out the ceiling, walls, and floors, he did it in such a clean and precise manner. He was great at keeping the work isolated to only the necessary spaces. I never even saw any mess, it was like it disappeared into thin air. Apart form the noisy fans that were out of their control, remediating our home with Eco Water Restoration was such a smooth and comforting experience. They do things right! I wish I could use them for other work in my home!
