Ivan and his team came to this in an awkward way when my tenant flooded the house and called them out rather than call myself. They broke the news to me, explained their business, helped with the insurance issues and were thoroughly professional. The tenant was very unfair to them and they dealt with her obstructions to their work once again in an exemplary manner. I would highly recommend them. Finally while I would say the whole team was great, I would like to single out Mark who went beyond the call of duty acting as a witness during the process of the tenant moving out and impressive while being put in a very awkward situation.
