Zeke and Ivan were both very professional and thorough in letting us know what they were going to do. I chose them because of all their positive reviews, and liked that they were owner/operators and that I would be dealing with them directly, and that they were going to do the job themselves. They gave me an itemized estimate in all they were going to do. They did a great demo job and secured and perfectly sealed the area, using top quality products and equipment. They came out and checked the progress of the drying, giving me pictures of testing results. On completion they did a great job cleaning up area. Zeke and Ivan are very knowledgeable and experienced, and acted professionally and courteous throughout entire process.
