We had water damage in the kitchen and basement due to a faulty dishwasher. Ivan came over on a Saturday and started drying the affected areas. His crew got straight to work the next week and did a good job cleaning up after they were done. I hope we never need water cleanup again, but if we do we would call Eco Water Restoration.

Ivan and team were great. 10/10 would recommend. We have a nightmare situation in our condo - the neighbors’ upstairs had a water heater leak and destroyed a good chunk of our - walls, ceilings, floors, crawl space. We can’t even live there at the moment. Ivan and team has to take up tile, wall board, laminate floors and insulation and then dry it all out. He was so great through the entire process. I submitted a form on his website and he called me within 10 minutes and was on site that day. He gave us a good estimate and also worked with us to help get things sent to the HOA and insurance. He kept us informed through the whole process and texted me updates regularly. The cost ended up exceeding the estimate by quite a bit - BUT they found more damage than expected and he kept me posted on all the necessary add ons - nothing they could have predicted or prevented. I was also really happy with how respectful they were of our home. They had to move quite a bit of our things and they did so with a lot of care. They also left it very clean (despite actively doing demo in there) and used plastic to protect any unaffected areas. Given that this was unexpected and we didn’t have time to move all our stuff or go through everything, we really appreciated that.
