I had a good experience working with the water restoration team during a stressful situation at my home. They were responsive, arrived promptly, and helped stabilize the situation quickly. The team explained the mitigation process clearly and kept me informed throughout.
One thing I especially appreciated was their thorough documentation of the restoration work. It has been very helpful in ensuring clarity on the scope and avoiding any confusion or scope creep during the repair phase.
They were also fair and considerate in how they handled the process. They coordinated with the insurance company and maintained professional communication throughout. Overall, I appreciate their efforts in handling the initial restoration work efficiently.

Eco Water Restoration was called in the very early hours of the morning by a neighbor who was experiencing water in there home. After a brief evaluation Eco Water determined that the water was coming from my home. Eco Water acted quickly locating the source of the leak and offering water remediation services simultaneously with the neighbor. Great job, helpful technicians, and thoroughness. I definitely would recommend Eco WaterRestoration for any need.

Ivan took my phone call late at night and showed up the following morning on time to assess a water leak at my property. His quote was somewhere in the middle of all the quotes that I received and he was able to start the soonest. My overall experience was very positive -
Ivan's quality of work and attention to detail is unquestionable. He was able to surgically extract only the items damaged by the leak and nothing more, which really reduced my rebuild costs.
The drying part took twice as long as he initially estimated which also increased the overall cost of the project. Had I known that beforehand I would have been better prepared. So other than the sticker shock and length of the project everything else was handled very professionally by Ivan and his team.

Eco Restoration has saved my bathroom floor. Ivan is a generous person who I really appreciate and recommend for any repair. When I was having trouble finding help, he came out the next day and delivered on every single promise and not only did the restoration but then recommended a tile expert to put my bathroom back together. With recent storms, our roof got damaged and water came in through our ceiling. Called Eco Water Restoration and they came out immediately, began drying the carpets and were great from start to finish. Ivan and his team were prompt and professional. Had a great experience with Eco! I worked with Bailey and Serge and they did a great job removing all of the water damaged areas. I'm a first-time homeowner and experienced a leak from day one so Bailey was great in helping me through the process of this. They also found asbestos in the subflooring and were able to help get another company to do the abatement work. Bailey came everyday until everything was dry enough to start reconstruction.
Big shout out to Samantha also who had to deal with my insurance and make sure that everything was covered so that I didn't have to pay out of pocket! Highly recommend Eco Water Restoration!
