End of last summer 2024, my husband and I discovered significant water intrusion into an exterior wall of the finished room end of our garage after a rain storm; it was caused by a leaking patio roof. I searched out a water mitigation company and decided on Eco Water Restoration LLC. They had a good BBB rating and excellent reviews. They had previously submitted invoices to the same insurance company I use. The owner, Ivan, came out in early October to do an assessment of the water damage and what may be required for complete water mitigation in this room. The entire south wall, part of the ceiling, and part of west wall had significance indications of water damage. His staff started work in mid October. After removing all needed drywall, insulation, mitigating for some mold issue, they proceeded to dry out the wood structure using heaters, blowers, and HEPA filter in the space. It took a week to bring the room back to normal moisture parameters. They did a good complete job and I would recommend them to others should such work be needed.

Ivan came out super fast after we called on a Saturday about sewer water that backed up into our basement. He explained things well and helped us get the process moving. His team did great work, very thorough and professional.The only thing we didn’t love was the cost of running the machines to get it dried out. It is a high daily rate that added up quickly.I would recommend this company for any water damage you have.

I recommended Eco Water Restoration for anyone needing water remediation. Everyone was great to work with during a stressful time! Ivan came out so fast - within 1-2 hours after I called him - when our kitchen flooded from our dishwasher and set up everything to start the remediation project. He cared about protecting our house as much as possible. Their team was always prompt, nice, professional and very knowledgeable. The office manager Kayla was prompt at updating me with costs and worked with our insurance so it didn’t add any extra work on my end trying to get receipts etc. The whole team made the process as easy as possible and it felt great to not have to worry about whether my house would be safe for my family after water damage. Shout out to Eco Water for handling our water damages quickly and efficiently.Their team came out same night and began extraction of standing water and setting up dehumidifiers to help with all the water. The communication was great and accomodated our schedule. Would highly recommend as they also helped with the insurance process which can be unpleasant.
