Eco Water Restoration was called in the very early hours of the morning by a neighbor who was experiencing water in there home. After a brief evaluation Eco Water determined that the water was coming from my home. Eco Water acted quickly locating the source of the leak and offering water remediation services simultaneously with the neighbor. Great job, helpful technicians, and thoroughness. Ivan took my phone call late at night and showed up the following morning on time to assess a water leak at my property. His quote was somewhere in the middle of all the quotes that I received and he was able to start the soonest. My overall experience was very positive - Ivan's quality of work and attention to detail is unquestionable. He was able to surgically extract only the items damaged by the leak and nothing more, which really reduced my rebuild costs. The drying part took twice as long as he initially estimated which also increased the overall cost of the project. Had I known that beforehand I would have been better prepared. So other than the sticker shock and length of the project everything else was handled very professionally by Ivan and his team.
