Eco Water Restoration is absolutely amazing. Had a roof leak after that crazy windstorm and they scheduled me in right away. The crew arrived on time, were respectful of my home in Redmond, and did a thorough job.

When our basement flooded during that big storm last month, I was completely lost on what to do. Called Eco Water Restoration and they were at our Bellevue home within an hour! Their team was professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping us. They explained everything they were doing to fix the water damage and even helped with the insurance paperwork. Would recommend them to anyone dealing with flood damage!

Ivan and team were great. 10/10 would recommend. We have a nightmare situation in our condo - the neighbors’ upstairs had a water heater leak and destroyed a good chunk of our - walls, ceilings, floors, crawl space. We can’t even live there at the moment. Ivan and team has to take up tile, wall board, laminate floors and insulation and then dry it all out. He was so great through the entire process. I submitted a form on his website and he called me within 10 minutes and was on site that day. He gave us a good estimate and also worked with us to help get things sent to the HOA and insurance. He kept us informed through the whole process and texted me updates regularly. The cost ended up exceeding the estimate by quite a bit - BUT they found more damage than expected and he kept me posted on all the necessary add ons - nothing they could have predicted or prevented. I was also really happy with how respectful they were of our home. They had to move quite a bit of our things and they did so with a lot of care. They also left it very clean (despite actively doing demo in there) and used plastic to protect any unaffected areas. Given that this was unexpected and we didn’t have time to move all our stuff or go through everything, we really appreciated that.

A handyman accidentally caused a pipe to leak under my sink, flooding the kitchen. Ivan arrived quickly to set up drying equipment. They coordinated with a plumber to fix the pipe, and the repairs were completed properly. I’m happy with how everything turned out. I’d trust them again without hesitation.
